Marina Abramović’s The 7 Deaths of Maria Callas opera project recreates seven dramatic on-stage deaths from operas featuring Callas’s key arias.
I worked with acclaimed director Marco Brambilia to create a series of stormy skies for the video intermezzos for the performance.
It was a dream project to be able to spend a few weeks with pyro simulations in Houdini.
