HSBC Singapore Fintech Festival 2024
At the 2024 Singapore FinTech Festival—the world’s largest fintech gathering—I led the creative tech direction for HSBC’s central interactive installation, Future Vision, the heart of an experience designed to embody the brand’s ambition to propel innovation globally. Built around the idea of Accelerant, the booth was conceived as an immersive space of motion and momentum, visually expressed through dynamic “warp speed” particle streams that pulled visitors forward into the future. At its core, the 110-inch hexagonal interactive screen invited participants to co-create that future: by capturing their portrait, the installation transformed each visitor into a personalised “warp speed” visual—an abstract, fast-moving representation of their energy and aspirations—accompanied by a bespoke statement about their vision for the future of finance. The result was a sensory, shareable experience that blended design, technology, and storytelling, turning HSBC’s booth into one of the festival’s most talked-about highlights.
